Maintenance Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and safety of our facilities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong mechanical knowledge and customer service skills to ensure a pleasant environment for all occupants. Duties Perform routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities Conduct residential painting and minor renovations as needed to enhance facility aesthetics. Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing tenant concerns and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with other team members to improve maintenance processes and efficiency. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various systems. Proficiency in using an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English. Leadership skills to supervise maintenance staff and coordinate projects efficiently. Experience in residential painting and general repairs is preferred. Familiarity with CMMS software for tracking maintenance tasks is advantageous.
