Maintenance Person

Prioritize & plan preventive maintenance tasks, work orders and special projects, ensuring timely, accurate completion. Respond to guest's maintenance needs promptly, ensuring guests receive professional, efficient, prompt and courteous service, to hotel standards. Assist Management in maintaining the physical appearance and operational efficiency of hotel including physical, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and pool systems, etc. Assist the Management in performing daily and weekly property documented inspections. Ensure property, grounds, physical plant and work areas are maintained to standard, and that all safety equipment and conditions are to code. Assist the Management in maintaining, monitoring and testing hotel's emergency and security systems, features and procedures. Ensure maintenance of storerooms and work spaces are kept neat, clean and organized. Comply with all safety and health requirements of state and federal regulations. Uphold and enforce safety policies and standards. Cultivate strong, positive working relationships and communications with the hotel staff and engineering staff to ensure maximum operating effectiveness and fulfillment of maintenance needs. Operate Shuttle bus to bring guests to and from locations within a 3 mile radius, when needed.
