General Helper / Property Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual to assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes initiative, and can manage their time effectively while working independently.

Responsibilities include:

Running errands (local pickups, deliveries, etc.) Light landscaping (yard cleanup, basic upkeep, tree maintenance) General cleaning and organization Minor maintenance and odd jobs Manage the installation, removal, and ongoing maintenance of real estate signage to ensure proper placement and professional presentation Completing tasks from a provided to-do list

Ability to work independently and stay organized Strong attention to detail and follow-through Trustworthy and respectful of property and privacy Reliable, punctual, and consistent Comfortable handling a variety of tasks (no two days are the same)

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Reliable transportation Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to lift/move items and perform physical work Must have a reliable cell phone and demonstrate strong communication skills

Schedule & Pay:

Flexible schedule available, while maintaining consistent weekly hours Competitive pay based on experience

Pay:

$13.00 - $18.00 per hour
