Role:
Superior Property Group is hiring a reliable, hands-on General Laborer to support our maintenance team across our portfolio of managed properties. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and wants to be part of a team that keeps homes and grounds looking their best.
Note:
We conduct background checks as part of our hiring process in accordance with applicable laws. What You'll Do Perform landscaping duties including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, mulching, and seasonal planting Handle exterior clean-up work such as pressure washing, gutter cleaning, debris removal, and trash-outs between tenants Complete light maintenance tasks including minor repairs, painting touch-ups, fence and gate fixes, and basic carpentry Assist the maintenance team with turnover work on vacant units Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Travel between properties throughout the day as assigned Follow safety protocols and report any property issues or concerns to the supervisor What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, general labor, or property maintenance preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Reliable personal transportation to report to work Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment Strong work ethic, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Positive attitude and good communication skills Legally authorized to work in the
