Enjoy a Schedule That Works for You 4-Day Work Weeks (Monday-Thursday, 10-hour days) from May through October Flexible Winter Schedule with Monday-Friday hours and Friday afternoons off from November through April Competitive pay based on experience What You'll Do As a Highway Maintenance Worker, you'll perform a variety of important outdoor maintenance and roadway operations, including: Maintaining county roads and right-of-ways to keep travel safe and efficient Operating snowplows and snow removal equipment during winter weather events Mowing grass, trimming trees and brush, spraying weeds, and repairing washouts Repairing potholes, filling roadway cracks, and maintaining bridges and guardrails Installing and repairing posts, markers, and snow fences Helping improve the appearance and safety of county roadways through general maintenance and cleanup Why Join Our Team?
