In this energetic role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance tasks, including landscape care, equipment repair, and general building upkeep. Your efforts will directly contribute to creating a safe, attractive, and well-maintained environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical skills and landscaping expertise in a dynamic setting. Duties Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC components. Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as mowing, lawn care, tree trimming, gardening, and planting. Operate hand tools, and power tools Maintain outdoor areas by performing snow plowing, irrigation system adjustments, hardscape repairs, and general gardening tasks. Assist with tree care activities including pruning, trimming, and health assessments to promote safety and aesthetics. Support landscape design projects by installing new features such as pathways or garden beds using appropriate tools and techniques. Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and safe for use; report any issues promptly for repair or replacement. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair, landscaping tools, or construction settings. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, lawn care machinery, snow plows, and excavators safely and effectively. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, irrigation systems, tree trimming, and landscape maintenance. Experience with gardening practices such as planting, fertilizing, mulching, and pest control. Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy objects as needed. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges. Valid driver's license with experience operating construction or landscaping machinery preferred.
