Maintenance Assistant

For over 70 years Rice Lake Weighing Systems has been a successful, growth-oriented company known as a leader in the weighing industry and our community. We are looking for a Maintenance Assistant to join our team for Summer 2026. Maintenance Assistants work in a variety of areas performing general labor, cleaning, painting, and maintenance support of building and grounds. Summer Helpers will utilize a variety of tools, painting equipment, ladders, mowers and will receive on-the-job training. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age (Child Labor Laws require that candidates are at least 18 years old for many manufacturing and maintenance processes), available to work during the months of June, July and August, possess a strong work ethic and commitment to working safely at all times, and be a team player.
