Maintenance Worker

Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and outdoor structures using hand tools and power tools Conduct landscaping activities including mowing, tree trimming, gardening, landscape maintenance, and hardscape installation Operate heavy machinery such as excavators for excavation projects or land grading tasks Maintain lawns through lawn care practices like mowing, edging, fertilizing, and irrigation system management Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe pathways and parking areas Support tree care activities including pruning, trimming, planting, and removal as needed Carry out general construction tasks such as installing new fixtures or repairing existing infrastructure Requirements Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools effectively Familiarity with landscaping techniques including horticulture principles and garden maintenance Ability to operate equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery safely Knowledge of lawn care practices, irrigation systems, snow plowing, and tree care procedures Strong understanding of landscape maintenance standards and hardscape installation processes Prior experience in maintenance roles involving gardening, landscaping, or general facility upkeep preferred Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols Join us if you're passionate about maintaining beautiful outdoor environments and enjoy working with your hands!
