Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Provider to ensure the safety, functionality, and upkeep of our Romney Child Shelter. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a vital organization dedicated to supporting children and families through well-maintained environments. Duties Perform general facilities upkeep to uphold safety standards and aesthetic quality. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc. Troubleshoot and repair issues to ensure minimal downtime. Address facility repairs and improvements. Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors, when necessary. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards during all maintenance activities. Interact with children informally, when appropriate. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance within manufacturing or residential settings. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Driver's license, available automobile, and automobile insurance as required by law and agency policy.
