Resident Grounds & Maintenance
- Job Description We are seeking a live-in part-time Resident Grounds & Maintenance to oversee the cleanliness and general upkeep of an affordable housing community during afternoons, evenings and/or weekends as directed by the Property Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean and safe living environment for residents, following the janitorial cleaning checklist. Thoroughly clean and prepare vacant units for new occupants in accordance with the cleaning checklist. Ensure all common areas (hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, windows, etc.) remain clean and free of litter. Perform year-round grounds maintenance, including mowing, weed removal, snow, and ice removal as needed. Subject to emergency calls. Perform minor maintenance repairs in units and common areas as directed by the property manager.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 6 months of experience in cleaning, janitorial, or maintenance work. Ability to operate industrial laundry and carpet-cleaning equipment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and follow safety protocols. Must be able to work independently and respond to emergencies as needed. Pass a background check.Position Details & Benefits:

$15.00 Hours 10 per weekLive-In Position:
Includes a FREE one-bedroom apartment (single occupancy only)Utilities Included:
Electric, water, sewer, and trash.Flexible Work Arrangement:
Compatible with a daytime job, position will be scheduled between 10 hours a week / 2 to 3 days a week between the following hours: Monday- Friday Afternoon/Evenings 2:00 PM
- 8:00 PM / Weekends 9:00 AM
