FULL-TIME

position. We are a Lawn Maintenance and Snow Plowing Company who has been in business since 2004. We have an office staff of 3-5 employees and a labor work force of 25-35 employees. This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity and smooth reliability of our daily operations. This is an essential part of our company. This position helps allow our office and in-field work force crews to move smoothly and freely throughout the day. You will be given training on how to do the tasks outlined below. However, you will be expected to combine our training with your previous work experience to efficiently and independently fulfill without error, The expectations and job duties are outlined further below. Job Duties (include but not limited to) ; Your day is generally divided between office related work (ie, customer relations and property related administrative task) and field work (ie; on site visits, meeting lawn and snow crews in the field, visiting customers, and looking at quality of work). This position focuses on mainly four (4) areas; 1. Answering customer questions and concerns or complaints about services they are interested in or are currently receiving either by phone or speaking with them in person on the job sites. 2. Interviewing potential future employees , meeting with current employee's encouraging them to keep doing a good job or giving corrections and instruction on what they should be doing in order to deliver a good job. 3. Using our computer system to schedule and organize our in field crews daily jobs for the next business day. Show up to job sites to make sure the quality of the field crews is up to Crew Cut Lawns standard. •Please Note•This position is not limited to the four (4) main descriptions listed above. The ideal candidate would have two (2) or more years of experience in any field of work managing and regularly leading five (5) or more employees. This does not have to be lawn care and snow plowing specific experience, it can be any type of leading and managing of five (5) or more employees. Candidate must have a strong, but balanced way of communicating effectively to employees and customers. You will need to bring a peaceful balance when interacting with our customers and employees in environments that can sometimes be a little stressful and occasionally even a little intimidating or uncomfortable. Ideal candidate must be able to work on their feet for up to eight (8) hours a day knowing that this is a sometimes physical in-field position. They must also be able to spend several hours in the office doing technical computer related scheduling and other various typing and office related tasks. The minimum requirements are; 18 or older Valid driver license Two (2+) years of professional experience managing and regularly leading five (5) or more employees (this does not require previous experience in a lawn and snow company because we will give specific you instructions and on the job training specific to this industry so that you can effective and knowledgeable in this position) Able to easily use a computer, feel comfortable typing, and using other various computer related applications (ie: e-mail, Google, Chrome) Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and be able to work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day.
