Maintenance Manager

We're looking for an experienced property manager to keep our properties up and running. They would be responsible for the following: Oversee maintenance and repairs for four rural properties, including short-term rental cabins and a rafting operations facility. Perform and coordinate general maintenance such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and seasonal property upkeep. Conduct routine inspections to ensure guest spaces, equipment, and utilities are safe, functional, and well maintained. Manage maintenance supplies, schedule preventative maintenance, and coordinate outside contractors when needed. Respond to urgent maintenance issues quickly to minimize disruption to guests and daily operations;

Hours:

Typically this role will work around 34-42 hours each week and will work independently.

Requirements:

Candidates must have their own reliable vehicle to travel between properties; mileage reimbursement for gas will be provided. Applicants must also be 21 or older.
