This role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with all departments. Qualifications Experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory role preferred Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems required Understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and blueprint interpretation Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to lead and supervise maintenance personnel Positive attitude and compassion toward the elderly Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions Must successfully pass background check and drug screen Essential Responsibilities Plan, organize, and direct the daily operations of the Maintenance Department Oversee preventative maintenance and repair of facility equipment, systems, and grounds Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising maintenance staff Maintain inventory and forecast maintenance supply needs Coordinate repairs and respond promptly to maintenance requests Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors Communicate effectively with residents, families, vendors, and department leaders What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: ✔ Reliable and hands-on ✔ A strong leader and problem-solver ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Positive and team-focused ✔ Passionate about creating a safe and comfortable environment for residents If you're ready to join a company that values hard work, teamwork, and quality care, we would love to hear from you.
