Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing preventive maintenance programs, troubleshooting equipment failures, coordinating repairs, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all machinery and equipment. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate maintenance personnel in daily maintenance activities. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to diagnose equipment issues and source replacement parts. Ensure all equipment receives scheduled preventive maintenance. Inspect machinery, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee the installation of new equipment and machinery. Promote and maintain a safe work environment. Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in an industrial maintenance role Experience diagnosing and repairing complex industrial equipment. Strong troubleshooting skills with low-voltage control systems and high-voltage AC electrical systems. Previous leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Experience working with OEMs and vendors to identify and purchase replacement parts. Basic computer proficiency. Preferred Qualifications Electrical and/or mechanical certifications. Experience operating heavy equipment.
