Job Description
About us Maintenance Analyzing regular work orders for determining long-term maintenance work. Identifying problems and repairing all carpentry and electrical appliance. Maintaining common areas, building exteriors, drainage systems, water management and fire alarm of buildings. Inspecting units to identify restorative and preventive repairs. Responding to residents' requests for maintenance and repair, ensuring requests are fulfilled promptly and competently. Performing daily inspections of the property as well as maintenance and upkeep duties as necessary to maintain safety, comfort, and aesthetics. Turning vacant units in a timely manner
