MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR CERTIFIED COMMUNITY BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC/ MULTI-FACILITY IN MARSHALL AND JACKSON COUNTIES OF ALABAMA BASED IN GUNTERSVILLE, AL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

--- Summary of Responsibilities The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of equipment, facilities, and infrastructure. This role involves planning and scheduling maintenance tasks, supervising maintenance staff, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The supervisor will collaborate with various teams to optimize maintenance operations and improve efficiency. --- Key Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance personnel and coordinate daily activities.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and preventive maintenance programs.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
• Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and supplies required for maintenance operations.
• Work with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance skills and performance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience in maintenance supervision or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
