Duties Manage the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery Lead, train, hire, and motivate service technicians to meet performance goals while maintaining the highest standards of excellence in diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance performed in the shop. Oversee customer interactions to ensure satisfaction through clear communication, timely updates, and effective problem resolution Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling opportunities and additional repairs while maintaining integrity and transparency with customers Maintain technician and advisor staffing to handle workflow in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment Experience Proven experience managing an automotive service department within a dealership or independent shop environment Extensive knowledge of automotive repair, diagnostics and maintenance Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships This is a rare opportunity for the right candidate to join our team and grow with an established dealership. $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
