POSITION SUMMARY

Are you a skilled Heavy Vehicle Mechanic with a passion for maintaining Scania, IEE, and JCB equipment? Join our great tight-knit team at WA, reporting to the Site Manager. Your role includes repairing and servicing equipment in line with the maintenance plan and ensuring high-quality maintenance performance and asset availability. REQUIREMENTS

Trade qualifications in Certificate III in Heavy Vehicle Mechanical Technology, Mobile Plant Technology Advantageous, or Automotive Electrical Technology. Prior experience in heavy road vehicle and plant equipment maintenance. Strong mechanical, electrical, hydraulic (Steering), and pneumatic (brake) aptitude. Knowledge of fixed manufacturing plant maintenance. Experience in fault-finding and a solid understanding of low voltage electrical systems and automated safety control systems. Excellent communication skills. Current HR driver's license. Ability to obtain a full relevant security clearance.

DESIRABLE

Experience in the explosive industry. Experience in the maintenance of explosive manufacturing plant processing unit's operational safety control systems. Work Planning and scheduling skills. Forklift Licence
