Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at a 70+ unit multifamily community in Hot Springs, AR. This role is responsible for ensuring the property is well-maintained, safe, and operating efficiently while delivering excellent service to residents. Key Responsibilities Perform and oversee all general maintenance and repairs across the property Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain curb appeal, including lawn care and grounds upkeep Conduct routine inspections of units, buildings, and common areas Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks and schedules Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Assist with unit turns, including repairs, painting, and cleaning as needed Communicate effectively with property management and residents Qualifications Proven experience in multifamily or residential maintenance Strong working knowledge of: Plumbing systems Electrical systems HVAC systems (EPA certification preferred) Lawn care and general grounds maintenance Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities Leadership experience preferred Additional Requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to be on-call for emergency maintenance as needed Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks
