Job Description

About TLS TLS Lawn Fertilization helps homeowners and businesses maintain healthy, beautiful lawns through professional fertilization and lawn care services. We are looking for a Service Manager who can lead our field team, ensure quality service, and help deliver a great customer experience. What You'll Do As Service Manager, you'll oversee our day-to-day lawn care operations and support a team of technicians in the field.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and support lawn care technicians Manage daily schedules and service routes Ensure services are completed correctly and on time Conduct quality control inspections Help resolve customer questions and concerns Train and coach team members Coordinate equipment and vehicle needs Monitor team performance and productivity Maintain safety and compliance standards Work closely with company leadership to improve operations What We're Looking For Previous leadership or management experience Strong communication and people skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities Problem-solving mindset Experience in lawn care, landscaping, pest control, agriculture, or a related industry is a plus Valid driver's license with a good driving record You'd Be a
