What To Expect As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Maintenance Supervisor.
The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of coordinating daily department schedules, working together closely with the engineering team on project installations, and directing the maintenance department to achieve maintenance excellence goals.
Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few) Plan, direct, and coordinate the maintenance team's work schedules. Supervise a variety of support staff personnel. Ensure proper training levels through effective selection, interviewing, and training of staff. Maintain accurate reporting. Interpret and evaluate information, applying judgment to set team priorities, interpret policies, and establish effective approaches. About You High School Diploma or equivalent required Associate/Technical Degree preferred Minium 3 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing field required Management and decision-making experience required Ability to manage people, production, inventory, scheduling, and all related maintenance functions required Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. Pay And Benefits Full-Time Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: Benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation, additionally 8 sick days 11 paid holidays 401(k): company matching up to 6% Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts
