You will lead the community's maintenance and housekeeping teams. The Maintenance Director ensures that the community is in good, working order including preventative maintenance and repairs of the building's infrastructure, oversees contracted services, ensures high level of cleanliness and sanitation, turning apartments for new residents, and overseeing the safety program. Silver Birch is an Assisted Living Community dedicated to providing the best care, compassion, and customer service to seniors in our communities.
