Job Description

Overview We are seeking an in office Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and basic knowledge in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs. This position offers the opportunity to work in an environment where your skills will be valued. Requirements
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Real Estate License preferred
  • Must have basic knowledge in all areas of maintenance including plumbing, air-conditioning, electrical and general repairs.
  • Must be customer service orientated Duties
  • Managing work orders: Create, manage, and assign work orders to maintenance vendors
Communicating:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to provide clear instructions, communicating with tenants, owners, vendors, and home warranty providers.
    Scheduling:
    Schedule maintenance tasks, repairs, and servicing
    • Overseeing maintenance: Oversee all maintenance to ensure all is completed and tenants/owners are satisfied
    • Managing contractors: Manage vendors for specialized maintenance tasks
    • The ability to think critically about data, interpret evidence, and suggest solutions Experience
    • Previous experience in maintenance management at least 1 year is preferred
    • Proficiency in utilizing CMMS software for maintenance planning
    • Ability to diagnosis and solve problems with vendors, owners, and tenants
    Pay:
    $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
