Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Inspiration Cottonwood, a premier apartment community in Cottonwood. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the property meets the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, functionality, and curb appeal. The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the maintenance team, ensures apartments and community amenities are in excellent working order, prepares vacant homes for new residents, and responds to service requests with professionalism and urgency. Key Responsibilities Ensure all apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities are maintained in excellent condition Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner with exceptional customer service Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns) Train, schedule, develop, and manage maintenance team members Set priorities and delegate tasks to meet property goals and resident satisfaction standards Coordinate and schedule on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays Participate in on-call emergency maintenance response Maintain safety and appearance standards throughout the community Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience Previous supervisory experience required Strong working knowledge of: Plumbing Air conditioning/HVAC Electrical systems General repairs Ability to respond to service calls, including after-hours and weekend emergencies Must possess a complete set of tools Strong customer service and communication skills Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including: Company-Matched 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Employee Referral Program Life Insurance Long & Short-Term Disability Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off Paid Volunteer Hours Rewards & Recognition Programs Team Building Events & Outings Training, Growth & Mentorship Opportunities If you are an experienced maintenance professional with leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply and become part of the P.B.
