What You'll Own:

Lead a crew of landscape maintenance professionals on large HOA sites Ensure all work — mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and clean-up — is completed on time and to spec Train and motivate crew members to deliver top-tier results and stay safe on the job Communicate with supervisors and property managers professionally and proactively Identify issues in the field (irrigation, plant health, damage) and take corrective action Maintain equipment and keep your crew operating efficiently and responsibly Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time on site What You Bring to the

Verifiable experience as a landscape maintenance crew leader (HOA or commercial properties preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Solid knowledge of desert plant care, turf maintenance, and seasonal needs Ability to operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment Valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean 39-month MVR (Insurance requires 26+) Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus — but not required Reliable, hardworking, and committed to quality Why Work at CareScape?
