Mesa, AZ 85202 ✅ Interview on the Spot! ✅ Immediate Opportunities Available Apartment Maintenance Lead We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Lead to oversee daily maintenance operations at our apartment community. This role is responsible for supervising the maintenance team, completing and delegating work orders, ensuring preventative maintenance, and keeping the property safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
Lead and train maintenance staff Complete and assign work orders and unit turns Perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs Oversee preventative maintenance and vendor work Ensure community grounds and amenities are in excellent condition Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
Qualifications:
3+ years maintenance experience (multifamily preferred) Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
EPA/HVAC
certification preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying conditions Full-time | Competitive pay & benefits
