This leadership role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and well-maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors while managing maintenance personnel and outside vendors. Responsibilities Oversee daily maintenance operations and facility repairs Develop and manage preventative maintenance programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and life safety regulations Manage work orders and maintenance priorities Supervise maintenance staff and contractors Coordinate inspections, testing, and regulatory preparedness activities Monitor building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and emergency equipment Maintain vendor relationships and oversee contracted services Assist with capital projects, renovations, and facility improvements Manage department budgets and inventory Qualifications Previous Maintenance Director, Plant Operations Director, Facilities Director, or similar leadership experience Experience in healthcare, skilled nursing, hospital, behavioral health, or senior living settings preferred Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general building systems Understanding of life safety regulations, emergency preparedness, and compliance requirements Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities Strong organizational and problem-solving skills What We Offer Competitive compensation Health, dental, and vision benefits Paid time off Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a growing organization Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.
