As the Maintenance Director you oversee all facility maintenance operations, ensure regulatory compliance, manage staff, and maintain a safe, functional environment for our residents. Key Responsibilities Manage routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.) Perform basic troubleshooting Complete preventive maintenance tasks and inspections Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas Moving furniture, equipment, and materials Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner Follow safety procedures and company policies Keep accurate records of work performed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus (not required) Basic knowledge of tools and repair techniques Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift up to [50] lbs and perform physical tasks Valid driver's license (if required) Preferred Skills Basic plumbing, electrical, or mechanical skills Experience in facilities, property management, or manufacturing environments Willingness to learn new skills and systems
