Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our facilities, equipment, and grounds. This includes performing preventative maintenance, responding to maintenance requests, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical and electrical systems.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs. Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Train and supervise maintenance staff. Manage budgets for maintenance projects. Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

$38,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
