Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Manager to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work and manage Vendors to keep our Luxury Properties in guest ready standards at all times
Responsibilities:
Managing Vendors in the following areas Landscaping Pool, Plumbing, and Electrical Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion while Maintaining a clean and a safe work space. Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Deadline and detail-oriented

$27.80 - $33.00 per hour
