Job Description

We Are Hiring:
Landscape Team Leads We are looking for an experienced and reliable Landscape Team Lead to join our team for landscape maintenance and clean-up projects. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew and ensuring efficient, high-quality work. If you have experience driving a truck with a trailer and a passion for leading a team in the landscape industry, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Drive a truck with a trailer to transport your team, equipment and materials to and from job sites. Lead a crew of landscape maintenance and clean-up workers. Perform regular landscape maintenance, including trimming, weeding, mowing and irrigation. Care for trees and shrubs through pruning and fertilization. Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering of landscapes. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. Provide direction, guidance, and motivation to team members. Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order. Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job satisfaction and completion.
Qualifications:
VALID Driver's License. Experience driving a truck with a trailer. Experience in landscape maintenance and clean-ups. Experience in irrigation systems and sprinklers. Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to manage and motivate a team. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
