Maintenance Director PARK Senior Villas La Canada Tucson, AZ Job Details Full-time 15 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Life insurance Qualifications Computer operation Long term care experience First aid Maintenance Electrical systems Computer skills Mechanical knowledge Facilities maintenance Air conditioning Full Job Description PARK Senior Villas is hiring a Maintenance Director at our La Canada location!! •Competitive pay based on skill and experience•Job Description Maintain grounds including outside building repair and lawn maintenance in cooperation with the landscaping contractor and garbage removal services Maintain all areas inside the building, including offices, to include, but not be limited to: cleaning and shampooing furniture, window cleaning, and the maintenance and replacement of vinyl floors, painting, plumbing repairs, drywall, and all other repairs as needed. Maintain and oversee repair of facility equipment in order to ensure proper function Respond to work order requests in a timely manner. Utilize the computer maintenance system as required. Prepare and refurbish rooms for resident move-ins; including painting, replacement of vinyl floors and installation of ceiling fans Inspect resident rooms for potential problems and hazards Housekeeping Assistance Dietary Assistance Other duties as assigned Qualifications Working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and heating/air conditioning mechanical equipment and systems. Additional certifications a plus! Assisted Living maintenance experience a must Computer experience a must Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a fingerprint clearance card Must be able to pass a drug test Must be TB Free CPR/1st aid training required You must be able to lift, carry push, pull >75 lbs You must be able to stand, bend, climb, squat, and be on your feet for long periods of time.
