The Maintenance Manager must have a knowledge of all areas of facility maintenance and is responsible for the maintenance of the physical environment, including offices, common areas and resident rooms. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for managing the budget for the Maintenance Department. > Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain) > Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing > Tuberculosis Testing > Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire) > Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds > Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English Haven Health is the largest rural healthcare provider of skilled nursing and rehabilitation throughout Arizona.
