Job Responsibilities Include :
Ensure the safety of the facilities department by developing, reviewing, and revising operating procedures. Oversee the implementation of park and department policies and procedures Maintain documentation of training certifications, maintenance and safety standards. Develop and maintain daily operation and rehab projects. Lead and schedule all assigned facilities shops to ensure all work assignments are completed efficiently and in a timely manner. Preparing and coordinating all tools, equipment, and materials required for projects. Working to continuously improve employee morale Handling team member questions and concerns. Lead, discipline, motivate and manage staff to achieve department goals.Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess : Experience in leading the team with projects Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong motivational, leadership, and team building skills. Demonstrated ability to accomplish goals through motivation and delegation. Good organizational skills, creative, outgoing, detail oriented, and self-motivator. An enthusiastic, professional, and positive attitude and enjoy working with people. Valid CA driver license. Ability to operate a variety of equipment (cleaning equipment, tractor, sweeper truck, etc.) Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.Qualifications:
