This leadership role is responsible for managing field teams, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service across all assigned properties. This is a hands-on supervisory position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can lead teams effectively, and is comfortable handling both fieldwork and customer communication. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage approximately 25 field employees across irrigation and weekly maintenance crews Oversee daily landscaping and gardening operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety Serve as the primary point of contact for existing client accounts Respond to and coordinate emergency service calls as needed Identify and pursue new business opportunities and contracts Coordinate and manage irrigation & grounds Maintenance projects from start to completion Perform job site evaluations and estimate repairs or enhancements Ensure proper scheduling, crew productivity, and job completion timelines Maintain strong communication between field crews, office staff, and clients Preferred Skills Experience working with residential, commercial, or municipal contracts Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Sales mindset with ability to bring in new work and grow accounts What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Company vehicle Growth opportunities within a fast-growing company Supportive team environment
