Maintenance Supervisor

•$2,000 Sign-On Bonus• $1,000 paid at signing (after onboarding) and $1,000 on the first payroll following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period. Job Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff and perform maintenance duties at the beautiful communities in Bakersfield, Ca.

Candidates must have experience in:

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years previous residential apartment maintenance experience HVAC certification preferred Must be able to participate in the on-call rotation Must have a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage Our benefits are designed with our associates in mind.
