Maintenance Supervisor

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience repairing processing equipment in a distribution center or industrial environment (applicable military experience strongly considered)2+ years of experience managing or supervising a teamExperience operating and/or maintaining equipment such as conveyors, air compressors, HVAC systems (including swamp coolers), heat seal machines, and industrial sewing machinesExperience managing budgets, planning maintenance activities, supervising vendors/contractors, and using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS)Proficient in the use of power tools, forklifts, manlifts, and hand toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints, electrical wiring diagrams, and hydraulic/pneumatic schematicsHigh school diploma or GED required

Essential Functions:

Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and installation of industrial equipment and systemsTroubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in automated, PLC-driven equipment, requiring knowledge of electricity, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, welding, and HVACManage multiple priorities while maintaining timely response to maintenance requestsOversee parts and labor budgets, prepare maintenance reports, and manage external service providersConduct training and maintain appropriate staffing levelsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment conditionsEnsure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulationsFoster a positive, collaborative team environment with strong ownership and accountabilityIdentify and implement opportunities to improve maintenance processes and overall plant performanceOccasionally work off-shift hours or weekends to support special projects or major repairsBenefits of working at
