This role supports production by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment during afternoon and evening operations. Duties Perform mechanical maintenance and repairs on production and facility equipment Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime Maintain conveyors, motors, bearings, belts, gearboxes, and related systems Support production changeovers and equipment adjustments as needed Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (sensors, motors, switches) Document completed work orders and repairs in maintenance logs or CMMS Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and OSHA standards Communicate effectively with supervisors and production teams during shift Shift Details 2nd Shift (PM Shift)

Start Time:

3:00 PM Schedule may include overtime as required by production needs Qualifications 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills Basic electrical knowledge preferred Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and work instructions Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work around industrial machinery Preferred Skills Glass manufacturing or glass machinery experience strongly preferred (cutting tables, tempering lines, conveyors, grinders, washers, laminating equipment, etc.) CMMS experience Welding or fabrication skills (plus, not required)
