Full-Time Lead a High-Performing Service Team A well-established import dealership in the Puente Hills Auto Mall is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead a busy, customer-focused service department. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven dealership leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to drive profitability, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. What You'll Do Manage and lead a team of approximately 15 service department employees Oversee daily service operations to maximize efficiency and productivity Coach, mentor, and develop service advisors, technicians, and support staff Monitor department performance, labor sales, gross profit, and CSI Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain strong communication between customers, advisors, technicians, and management Manage workflow, scheduling, and department capacity Maintain manufacturer and dealership standards Recruit, train, and retain top-performing employees Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven work environment Qualifications Previous Automotive Service Manager experience required Dealership experience required Strong leadership and team management skills Proven ability to improve productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and organizational skills Experience with an import dealership is a plus Experience with dealership management software preferred Compensation & Benefits $8,000•$12,000 per month Competitive compensation based on experience and performance Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays 401(k) Employee Discounts Career growth opportunities with a successful dealership group If you're an experienced automotive service leader looking for your next opportunity with a respected import dealership, we'd like to hear from you.
