  • $76,374 annually Position Summary Sigma is seeking a detail-oriented Maintenance Planner to support maintenance operations at our Los Altos Foods facility.
This role is responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities, managing work orders in SAP, coordinating contractors, maintaining inventory and asset records, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximize equipment reliability and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. Manage maintenance work orders and asset information in SAP. Serve as the site's SAP Maintenance Subject Matter Expert (SME). Maintain spare parts inventory and support asset management programs. Track maintenance KPIs, analyze data, and identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate contractors, vendors, equipment installations, and maintenance projects. Partner with Operations, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to support plant performance.
Qualifications Required:
High School Diploma or GED. 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, food processing, or industrial environments. Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, work orders, or inventory management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Preferred:
