As the Facilities Maintenance leader, you are the steward of our mission-critical infrastructure. AssociateResponsibilities1.Facility & Cleanroom Operations System Maintenance:
Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and airflow for a 126k sq. ft. site.ISO Control:
Maintain strict temperature, humidity, and particle levels for ISO 8 cleanrooms.Uptime:
Implement Preventative Maintenance Programs (PMP) to eliminate production downtime.Waste Management:
Direct hazardous waste, recycling, wastewater, and storm water programs. 2. Safety & Compliance (EH&S)Regulatory Lead:
Ensure 100% compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local manufacturing standards.Risk Management:
Conduct safety audits, lead incident investigations, and manage chemical safety.Emergency Prep:
Develop and test response plans (fire, spills, power outages).Reporting:
Maintain all required safety documentation and compliance records. 3.Strategic & Financial Leadership Projects:
Lead facility upgrades, renovations, and new equipment installations.Budgeting:
Manage annual OpEx and CapEx budgets to control costs.Vendor Management:
Negotiate and audit contracts for external service providers.Space Planning:
Design floor layouts and generate performance/energy reports.
