In this role, you will oversee the complete process of preparing apartments for new residents, ensuring each unit meets high standards of quality, safety, and aesthetic appeal. Your expertise in facilities maintenance, remodeling, and customer service will drive the success of our renovation initiatives. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all aspects of apartment turnovers, including cleaning, repairs, painting, and remodeling activities. Manage schedules for contractors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of projects. Conduct inspections using schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical knowledge to verify quality standards are met. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to track work orders, inventory, and project progress. Perform electrical work involving schematics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), welding, and electrical troubleshooting as needed. Oversee residential painting projects and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality benchmarks. Lead and supervise maintenance staff, fostering a team environment focused on excellent customer service and continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in facilities maintenance, remodeling, or manufacturing environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience and familiarity with schematics and PLCs. Skilled in welding, electrical troubleshooting using ohmmeters, and residential painting techniques. Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately; experience with CMMS preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; capable of supervising teams and coordinating with contractors effectively. Knowledge of safety standards related to facilities maintenance, welding, electrical work, and general remodeling projects. Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on customer service excellence and project management skills.
