  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance team and ensure that equipment, machinery, and facility systems are operating safely and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will provide leadership, coordinate maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement efforts to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Key Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement. Coordinate and oversee daily maintenance activities, including prioritization and execution of work orders. Develop, implement, and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, equipment, and facility-related issues. Ensure production equipment, facility infrastructure, utilities, and building systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably. Coordinate repairs, inspections, maintenance schedules, and regulatory compliance requirements. Oversee maintenance inventory, spare parts management, maintenance records, and documentation. Partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to support business objectives and maximize productivity. Manage outside vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality work and cost-effective solutions. Lead equipment installations, upgrades, capital projects, and facility improvement initiatives. Establish and monitor maintenance KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and implement process improvements. Support long-term facility planning, infrastructure improvements, and organizational growth initiatives. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or related certifications preferred. 5+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Strong computer skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed. Why Join Us?
