About the
Role:
CBRE is seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Supervisor to lead the performance, reliability, and day-to-day operation of critical building systems across a portfolio of facilities. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive uptime, elevate maintenance standards, and play a key role in delivering exceptional facility performance. You'll take ownership of mechanical systems reliability, champion proactive and preventive maintenance strategies, and lead teams to ensure safe, efficient, and seamless operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about operational excellence and continuous improvement. What you'll do: Support daily building operations and maintenance activities Perform preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on key systems Monitor and help improve preventive maintenance programs Assist with building budgets and operational planning Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams Maintain maintenance records, safety procedures, and building documentation Oversee and support building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire/life safety Respond to tenant requests, client needs, and emergency situations Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures Stay current with evolving building technologies and industry trends Communicate effectively with stakeholders including tenants, clients, and vendors Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational issues What you'll need: High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. Why CBRE?
