Job Summary Our worldwide security company is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Manager for our Headquarters Office in Pasadena! Qualifications 3 to 5 years' experience as a general commercial building engineer A minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience on commercial rise buildings. General mechanical knowledge is required. Working knowledge of different types of equipment and tools. Ability to provide superior customer relations through positive interaction with tenants and responsive action in addressing their needs. Ability to interact with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the best possible product and service is provided. Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, with a clean driving record. Sense of urgency regarding tenant's request and follow ups. Must be able to physically walk for extensive periods of time. Must be able to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Must be a team player with a can-do approach to projects and the ability to manage multiple tasks & meet deadlines. Working computer knowledge. Responsibilities Engineering maintenance for commercial building operations. Daily building inspections, walking the floors of each building. Manage daily building operations not limited to plumbing, HVAC systems and electrical. The ability to troubleshoot problems that may arise. Ability to provide superior customer relations through positive interaction with tenants and responsive action in addressing their needs. Ability to interact with vendors and suppliers to ensure that the best possible product and service is provided. Providing emergency on-call services for assigned buildings.
