The candidate will oversee all our West Los Angeles maintenance repairs, including turnovers, apartment resets, work orders, and property maintenance request. This position is located at our main office in West Los Angeles and we are seeking a person with background and experience in multi-family and Maintenance.
Qualifications:
Leadership field experience managing a team of at least 7 technicians. Must have minimum 2-3 years experience in Inventory Control and conducting audits Previous experience in Maintenance with advanced knowledge of mechanics and building maintenance Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) Previous experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or a related role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and dispatch maintenance technicians to appropriate tasks. Monitor and track the status of work orders to ensure timely completion Maintain and update maintenance records and databases. Prepare and distribute maintenance schedules and reports. Assist in the procurement of maintenance supplies and equipment. 30% In office position, 70% traveling to locations/on the field.
