We are looking to add a UH-60 Maintenance Manager to our team.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position is responsible for maintaining the overall worthiness and readiness of all company-operated aircraft and the operational requirements, developing related processes and policies, and following FAA parts 133,135,137,119.32 compliance requirements.

GENERAL DESCRIPTIVE TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

(But not limited to)

• Exercise maintenance control over operations related to FAA operating certificates and documentation.
• Manages the day-to-day performance of direct maintenance employees' job duties.
• Compliant with FAA regulations with all appropriate maintenance and airworthiness requirements under

FAA 14 CFR

Chapter.

• The maintenance of all FAA flight requirements and medical approval.
• Discharge duties to meet applicable legal requirements and to maintain safe operations
• Collaborate with related corporate functions such as Quality, Purchasing, Stores, Planning, and Engineering.
• Follow FAA Certificate parts1, 21,23,25,43,45,47,65,91, and 121. And all guidelines the manual requires by §121.133
• Flight crew duties as required to carry out DOM responsibilities and support flight operations to ensure safety.

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE

• Aircraft maintenance cost budgeting
• Mechanic's certification for airframe & powerplant ratings
• Knowledge of maintaining aircraft to FAA military standards
• Maintaining Type 1 aircraft with ten seats or more
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Command a level of professionalism as a key member of the team

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is highly desirable

Minimum Years Experience:

5 to 10 years Rotary aircraft, especially BlackHawks, desirable 1-year of supervisory experience; maintenance personnel 1-year experience in returning aircraft to service.
