Duties Manage the overall operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to ensure efficient service delivery Lead and motivate a team of service technicians, providing guidance on plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and customer interactions Implement upselling strategies by identifying additional services or repairs that meet customer needs while maintaining transparency and trust Ensure accurate writing of estimates to provide clear communication with customers about repair costs and timelines Maintain high standards of customer service by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Experience Proven plumbing experience with a strong background in service and repair. Four years minimum is required.
