Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee the operations of our manufacturing or industrial facility. Duties Lead and supervise maintenance teams to execute routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), low voltage, and high voltage systems. Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to troubleshoot complex equipment issues efficiently. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule work orders, track maintenance activities, and analyze equipment performance data for continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with safety standards by implementing safety protocols related to electrical systems, high voltage operations, and industrial maintenance procedures. Coordinate with project management teams on facility upgrades or new installations, including planning, resource allocation, and execution. Monitor facilities' condition through regular inspections; identify potential issues early to prevent downtime or safety hazards. Foster a culture of leadership within the team by providing training on schematics interpretation, mechanical knowledge, electrical experience, and maintenance management best practices. Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with electrical expertise in low voltage and high voltage systems. Experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, Ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management purposes. Knowledge of HVAC systems and general facilities management principles. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate teams and report on operational status. Hands-on experience with industrial manufacturing processes is highly desirable. Pay:

$90,128.83 - $108,542.24 per year
