Fairfield Inn & Suites Oakhurst / Yosemite - Oakhurst, CA Top Pay + Marriott Travel Discounts + Leadership Role We're looking for a strong, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who can take ownership of the property and lead our maintenance operations with urgency, accountability, and pride. If you're the type who fixes problems fast, leads by example, and doesn't cut corners — we want to talk to you. What You'll Be Responsible For Owning the condition of the hotel — guest rooms, public spaces, exterior, everything Leading daily maintenance operations and holding the team accountable Completing and assigning work orders with speed and quality Preventative maintenance: no surprises, no downtime Troubleshooting HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and equipment issues Working alongside your team — this is a working supervisor role Managing vendors, supplies, and maintenance inventory Ensuring the hotel meets Marriott brand standards and safety compliance Being the go-to person when something breaks — and getting it fixed right the first time What We're Looking For Proven maintenance experience ( hotel experience preferred ) Supervisory or leadership experience Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs Someone who is reliable, responsive, and takes pride in their work Ability to move fast, prioritize, and solve problems independently Must be able to work weekends and flexible hours as needed Why You'll Want This Job Competitive pay (based on experience) Marriott hotel discounts nationwide Stable, year-round position Opportunity to lead and make a real impact on the property Supportive management team that values accountability and results
